Tahitian Noni distributors EXPOSED on TV

TAHITIAN NONI JUICE EXPOSED ON TV BY UNDERCOVER REPORTER
April 17th, 2005 : As shown on TV !

The undercover reporter got in touch with a Tahitian Noni dealer who has been using the internet to advertise Tahitian Noni Juice with the claim that it combats problems of impotence. What follows as a result of that meeting is detailed in the broadcast of which we present a short transcription with portions translated into English.

Where to buy Noni Juice? In a public bar from an untrusthworty quak?Noni Juice contains all the substances a body needs, he says

The dealer proceeds to tell the undercover reporter that Noni Juice contains a lot of substances and that it includes ALL the substances your body needs. The dealer implies, with his words, that these substances are nutricious substances. Tahitian Noni Juice is only allowed to be sold as a fruit juice under the novelty food category. But the dealer claims the juice has strong healing capacities and benefits and proceeds to claim that;

Noni Juice is said to taste bad and smells even worse than it tastesWounds heal three times faster using Noni JuiceNoni Juice will slow down tumor growth

  • “a person who has had an erection again after 7 years, once he started drinking Tahitian Noni Juice”.
  • “a wound heals three times faster with Tahitian Noni”.
  • “a very important element in the juice is damnacanthal” which he claims is a substance found in nature “that slows down tumor growth“.
  • “we already have a number of people in The Netherlands for who the hospitals could not help any more because of cancer and who are now happily walking around and healthy“.

The undercover reporter asks the dealer if it also helps against HIV. The dealer says that “there are examples of HIV infected patients who have been cured with Tahitian Noni” but adds that he “can not say for sure”. The undercover reporter notes that during his meeting with the dealer it also becomes clear that the dealer doesn’t just want to sell a single bottle of Tahitian Noni because the dealer’s main goal is to make money.

Noni Juice is a cure for anythingNoni Juice will cure HIV infected patients - what a scamA side effect of Noni Juice is taht once you start you will no longer want to be without - sounds like a dangerous drug to me!

The dealer says the price of Tahitian Noni is 47 euros but he wants to cut the unvercover reporter a deal by offering a single bottle for 35 euros. The dealer quickly follows up saying that there is also a “possibility to make substantial amounts of money” regarding Tahitian Noni and that he, as a dealer, often makes between 600 and 800 euros a month which he describes as “extra income”. The dealer says that if you are registered (with the Multi Level Marketing a.k.a. MLM a.k.a. pyramid scheme on which these sales and marketing efforts are based) you get a registration number and if you get other people to join as dealers through you, then their registration numbers are connected to yours and that for each box of Tahitian Noni bought by them, you will get paid a bonus.

Make money. Sell Tahitian Noni Juice.Earn money selling Noni JuiceMake more money by creating new distributors

The dealer notes that “the best side effect is that once you start with Tahitian Noni Juice you will no longer want to be without”. The dealer did not sell a single bottle to the undercover reporter but the reporter promised that he would attend a Tahitian Noni Meeting where the goal is to gain new dealers and sales people. That is where the undercover reporter learns that there is a huge organization behind this scam and where the attending dealers praise Tahitian Noni as a cure, a medicine, and for its healing properties. The undercover reporter and a colleague went to this Tahitian Noni Meeting to discover (and uncover) the following…

These meetings are held weekly and various dealers get together at these in the hope of finding more people who will want to start buying and selling Tahitian Noni. The person leading the meeting starts off by stating that while they are talking about Noni they should really be saying Tahitian Noni because that is the only Noni that “has been approved by the food and drug administration of the European Union”.

What the dealer fails to mention is that this approval (since June 2003) is with regard to using the trademark and name of Tahitian Noni (R) and that it is only an approval to sell it under the category of a “novelty food” product as pasteurized fruit-juice, not as a medicine or cure for anything! However, the undercover reporter and his colleague witness how many stories of cures and medicinal purposes are being flung around at the meeting. The meeting leader talks about burn wounds, psoriasis, diabetes, etc. About people who “could only remain in bed all day” and that after drinking Tahitian Noni they overcame all that “and are driving in their cars again”.

The undercover reporter notes that after a series of stories about the miracles and cures attributed to Tahitian Noni the main topic of the meeting was the miracle profits you could make by selling Tahitian Noni.

The dealer leading the meeting tells about this other dealer who buys Tahitian Noni for a total of 138 euros a month (only four bottles) and proceeds to make 22.000 euros (a month) off of that. The dealer says that Tahitian Noni has been responsible for creating 380 millionaries (of which he claims 360 are woman). The dealer says he is a “pearl” and starts explaining how the pyramid scheme works; that “two percent of the world wide financial turnover is distributed amongst all pearls” and that after reaching that level within the organizational pyramid structure you can become a “diamond pearl”, “double diamond pearl”, “tripple diamond pearl” and finally “black pearl”. He also says that “Some [dealers] in The Netherlands already make 10.000 euros a month in additional bonussus”. The undercover reporter is presented with these miracle income opportunities and easy and quick advances within the pyramidal organization structure, and of course, lots and lots of extra money.

After the meeting everyone has a drink and talks about the business at hand and the undercover reporter notices that from all angles at the table, other dealers who are present, start bombarding him with more stories of miracle cures and medicinal use of Tahitian Noni, this while other dealers from the opposite end of the table start blasting him with all these wonderful stories about getting rich quick.

One dealer that was present claimed a Tahitian Noni Juice has a 67 percent success rate curing cancer and that nobody has lived a day longer because of having been administered chemo. This particular dealer adds that “people who are suffering from cancer just want SOMETHING” and that “chemo breaks down your life but those who drink Noni will gain a lot more energy”.

Tahitian Noni Juice cures 67 percent of cancer - yeah, sure, pull the other finger!Nobody ever lived a day longer because of having chemo?
Noni Juice - still a scamSee how people try to convince others by playing them for a fool - some people probably are fools but not this undercover reporter

A different, female, dealer who is blasting the undercover reporter with miracle cure stories says that a woman suffering from cancer “used it for four or five weeks and the entire tumor was gone”. She also claims that they have a two inch thick dossier with material about the wonderous miracles that Tahitian Noni has provided to cancer patients. She adds, that these dossies contain all the testimonials.

And what did Tahitian Noni International, Inc. have to say about all this?… NOTHING

Before this documentary and news was aired on Dutch TV (SBS6) on April 17, 2005, the producers have sought comments from Tahitian Noni International. The company has refused any and all comments or a response. Shortly after this program was broadcast the company who rented the facilities to the Noni distrubutors for their meeting has decided to no longer rent to them, nor are they welcome in the establishment.

We took a hidden camera into a meeting for sales distributors in Costa Mesa. It sounded like money is growing on trees, at least, the Noni tree. Sales of Tahitian Noni juice are in the billions. "Every 1.7 seconds somebody buys a bottle of Tahitian Noni juice," one salesman told us.

The dealer says he is a "pearl" and starts explaining how the pyramid scheme works; that "two percent of the world wide financial turnover is distributed amongst all pearls" and that after reaching that level within the organizational pyramid structure you can become a "diamond pearl", "double diamond pearl", "tripple diamond pearl" and finally "black pearl". He also says that "Some [dealers] in The Netherlands already make 10.000 euros a month in additional bonussus".
