TNI not going to “own Xango”
January 25, 2007

Source : Herald Extra
The signs and behavior of TNI, indicating that they are suffering both financial and resource problems, are clearly an ingredient in the settlement with Xango over a three year legal dispute over the intellectual property right. Sources inform us that no money was exchanged as part of this settlement.

Why has TNI and their army of snake-oil salesmen been claiming for several years that they would “own Xango” or would otherwise “spend millions to bury Xango”.

Distributors of TNI must feel like they have egg on their face after beating their war drums while making bold statements about how TNI was going to destroy Xango. Then again, TNI distributors are known for making bold statements without substantiation.

wow! The misinformation never ceases. I will be very surpised if this messages makes it to the page unedited, but here goes anyway:

It was a matter of principle that began the intellectual property dispute. Some of the founders of Xango began building the company on TNI’s dime (while still working with TNI). These individuals were privy to coporate strategies, vision and more as is evident in how Xango was built and is marketed (and this means more than thru networking. Just examine both companies and you will see the similarities). TNI created the Healthy Exotic Juice industry and since then there have been many companies joining the industry. No doubt there will be many other good companies joining the industry and a lot of companies that aren’t so good. The more good companies the better because people need
alternatives to toxic medicines and the more healthy choices the better.

As for the financial problems, do your home work. TNI has had record growth each of its 10 years in existance and TNI has paid out 2 BILLION DOLLARS in commissions in less than 11 years. Thats more than most companies make in 20 years and to this date TNI has never taken out a loan.

In closing: The cure for the lack of knowledge (ignorance) is research (do some). And the cure for sceptisism is personal exprerience (drink some).

Pardon my spelling, I typed this fast and could not find spell check.

Alternatives to toxic medicines from big mama pharma are often much better and less damaging. However, if you look around in the health industry and homeopathic products you will find that most are not sold via pyramid schemes and ponzi scams. Most don’t require joining a network. Most won’t recommend you join because of the tax breaks you could get that would help pay for your training and DVD’s to learn how to “get rich quick”. Most won’t even make all the outlandish and wild claims about how their product cures everything from a bruised nose to cancer and AIDS. Most health products don’t involve membership rewards programs nor do they pay a bonus if you lure other people to start doing the same. Most of those products don’t require questionable snake-oil sales people to get the product out there.

We and many others, as you can read, have done a lot of homework. The only financial information you have to go by is what the company tells you. Since they aren’t public they could make any claim. Maybe we have paid out over 45 TRILLION DOLLARS for information. How would you prove or disprove that if the only source of that information is the source making the claim?

We take things with a grain of salt instead of with an ounce of noni here when it comes to claims made by sources, like doctors without a license admitting to sexually abusing patients, that are known for making cure-all claims about products aimed at getting money out of sick people to provide a bottle of false hope.

You may want to do your homework on the 2 billion dollars. You may even come to the realization that outside of our country, like in Europe for example, that amount of money translates into pocket change with the value of the dollar representing only a value of debt, not a value of worth.

If we knew of a cure for zealotism and cultism we’d provide a tip. Though you can bet that if you find the right noni juice dealer, they’ll claim that it will cure the misguided nature of MLM’s too!

Quality Control (QC) at Tahitian Noni international is leading to quarantined Noni Juice being stored in a warehouse east of the Tahitian Noni facility. Click on the image to enlarge and read all about it.

We took a hidden camera into a meeting for sales distributors in Costa Mesa. It sounded like money is growing on trees, at least, the Noni tree. Sales of Tahitian Noni juice are in the billions. "Every 1.7 seconds somebody buys a bottle of Tahitian Noni juice," one salesman told us.
